Hello! We are a small business that operates on a made-to-order business model. This allows us to efficiently manage our inventory by working closely with production partners to fulfill orders as they are received.
As our customers place orders with us, we in turn place orders with our suppliers to produce your items for you. This practice allows us to maintain low costs while ensuring high quality products for our customers.
Having said that, we are committed to providing you with a quality guarantee. Rest assured that you can expect to receive the item you ordered promptly and free of any defects. In the event that your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a refund.
As we produce our items on demand in collaboration with our production partners, please understand that we reserve the right to decline refund or exchange requests for reasons other than damage or print defects. We value your support as a small business and sincerely appreciate your patronage.
RETURNS
Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of item receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for processing.
We understand that issues may arise with your order, and we are here to help. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will assist you promptly. To streamline the process, kindly attach a digital image that shows the problem with your order instead of returning the book or package to us.

*Returns must be requested prior to sending items back to us; unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us of any defects, damage, or incorrect items for timely resolution.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union
You have a three day cooling off period. You are entitled to cancel or return your order within three days without providing a reason. However, the item must be in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for processing.
